These terms apply when you use kempbuchanan.com or book a reading with Kemp Buchanan. The business is run by Free Your Life LLC, a Utah company (“we,” “us”). By booking a reading, you agree to these terms.

What a reading is

Readings are intuitive sessions held by phone. Kemp shares what he picks up and offers guidance on love, work and your path forward. Readings are for entertainment and personal insight. The future isn’t fixed: you have free will, and your own choices shape what happens. We can’t promise any particular outcome or that any specific event will occur.

Not professional advice

A reading is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial advisor or other licensed professional. Please don’t make medical, legal or financial decisions based only on a reading. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 in an emergency.

Age

You must be 18 or older to book a reading.

Booking and payment

• Prices are listed on our website in US dollars. You pay in full when you book.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You’ll receive an email receipt.
• After you pay, Kemp will contact you to schedule a time that works for you.
• The length you book is the length of your reading. If you’d like more time, you can book an additional session.

Rescheduling

Life happens. If you need to change your appointment, just let Kemp know and he’ll find another time that works. Changes are handled individually.

Refunds

Refunds are available only before your reading has been completed. Once a reading is complete, it can’t be refunded. To request a refund before your reading, use the contact form or reply to Kemp’s scheduling message. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Recording

You’re welcome to record your reading for your own personal use.

Respect

We may decline to book, or end, a reading if someone is abusive or the session isn’t appropriate. If we end a reading early for this reason, we’ll decide on any refund fairly, case by case.

Website content

The words, images, video and logo on this website belong to Free Your Life LLC or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for decisions you make or actions you take based on a reading, and our total responsibility for any claim related to a reading is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you book apply to that booking.
