Privacy Policy

This website is run by Free Your Life LLC, a Utah company, for Kemp Buchanan’s intuitive readings (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit kempbuchanan.com or book a reading, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• When you send a message through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message.
• When you book and pay: checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details and shares your name, email address, phone number and any notes you add (such as your time zone) with us so we can schedule your reading. We never see or store your full card number.
• During your reading: anything you choose to share. We treat what you tell us in a reading as private.
• When you browse the site: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t use analytics that follow you across other sites.

How we use it

• To reply to your messages and schedule and deliver your reading.
• To process payments and refunds, and send receipts.
• To keep records we’re required to keep, such as for taxes.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We only share information with the services we use to run the business:

• Stripe, for payments (Stripe’s privacy policy).
• Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox (Web3Forms’ privacy policy).
• Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website (Cloudflare’s privacy policy).
• Our email provider, which stores the messages you send us.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and booking details for as long as we need them to serve you, and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under state law. We will not treat you differently for making a request. To make a request, use the contact form on our contact section and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Security

The site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified to the highest industry security standard. No method of sending information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Age

Our readings are for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here.
